Return Policy

At Ginger Cat, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we accept returns of unopened, unused, and fully sealed products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (shipping costs excluded) to your original payment method. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return eligibility

  1. Products must be in resalable condition: unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging or box.
  2. Assembled, opened box or used items are considered used and cannot be returned.
  3. Items that come into contact with your pet’s skin or fur, such as clothing, collars, harnesses, cones, or brushes, must be free of pet hair and signs of wear or damage.
  4. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damages or Discrepancies

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately via email at hello@gingercat.ca. Please provide clear evidence, such as photos of the product or documentation of the issue. Our team will review each case individually and provide a fair resolution.

How to start a return

  1. Returns must be requested via email: hello@gingercat.ca
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price may apply.
  5. All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Returns with broken seals or signs of use will be denied, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
