We ship to Ontario and Quebec. We keep shipping simple and transparent, enjoy flat rates and free delivery when you meet the minimum spend (before tax).

Order & Delivery Process
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and order details. Please note that this confirmation does not indicate acceptance, but simply confirms that we have received your order. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will begin processing it. Our current processing time is 1–5 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive another email with tracking information.
We will choose different carriers to ship your order as needed. Please note that there may be an extra charge for oversized products and cat litter orders.
